Spinning

As easy as riding a bike and as challenging as you make it. Spinning is a calorie-burning, core-building workout for all.

 

Pilates

Strengthen muscles—particularly core muscles—while improving postural alignment and flexibility through low-impact motions.

 

Barre

Build muscle endurance by fatiguing each muscle group with small, repetitive movements. Our barre-less barre class explores elements of dance, pilates, and yoga. Strengthen, lengthen, sculpt, and stretch!

 

Zumba

When choreography and music combine, the result is a fitness party. Zumba classes work your muscles while improving your cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility (and gracefulness!).

 

Surge Strength

Engage in a full-body strengthening workout with weights, repetition, and staple exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.

 

Total Body Surge

Think of a bootcamp class, but with high intensity intervals. Total Body Surge is a heart-pumping total-body workout that will leave you gasping…and smiling about what you just accomplished. By the end, you will feel stronger, leaner, and toned!

 

Yoga

Achieve Shanti (peace) through Yoga. These classes combine breath control, meditation, and precise physical motions to increase strength, flexibility, and relaxation while defining muscle tone.

 

SilverSneakers Classic

A signature SilverSneakers class! This class includes seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living.

 

SilverSneakers Circuit

A signature SilverSneakers class! This class offers standing upper-body strength work alternated with low impact cardio using a chair for standing support.
